Terms and conditions

The operator provides accommodation service to the customer who books accommodation in the operator’s accommodation facility.

The accommodation service provider is:

The customer is the person who books accommodation in the accommodation facility of the operator.

Descriptions of the accommodation units can be found in the reservation system and on the accommodation website.

The price for accommodation services is calculated by the reservation system according to the type of accommodation, the number of reserved accommodation units, the number of guests, the length and date of the reservation.

The customer has the choice of paying the price for the accommodation services via the online payment gateway before check-in or in cash upon check-in. The accommodation price cannot be paid by credit card. A deposit for accommodation services is not required.

The reservation is binding for the customer after confirmation by the operator. In the event that the customer becomes aware of a fact that prevents him/her from completing the reservation (including a shortening of the reservation period), he/she is obliged to immediately inform the accommodation service provider of this situation (by phone, e-mail). In the event that the customer does not inform the accommodation service provider of this fact immediately and does not arrive on the day of arrival at the accommodation facility as booked, the accommodation service provider has the right to demand 50% of the total price of the reservation.

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), with its registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, https://adr.coi.cz/cs, is competent for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. The online dispute resolution platform located at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr can be used to resolve disputes between the customer and the service provider.

Other rules applicable to accommodation facilities are regulated by the house rules, which are in each accommodation unit. Both the accommodation operator and the customer are obliged to follow the house rules.
